  • Worker-Owner Rights and Responsibilities: This is a breakdown of worker-owner financial and participation rights and responsibilities as assigned in the Operating Agreement.

  • Community Agreements: Our Community Agreements have been created by Rock Steady farmers and staff to ensure that we are upholding our commitment to center the safety and inclusion of our LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community in our farm. We invite allies to honor these principles with us.
